The project exists because crypto research is often split between charts that forget, feeds that overstate, and automation that moves faster than the evidence. Signal Lab is designed to preserve what was known, what was decided, what was withheld, and what happened next.

Purpose

Signal Lab gives an individual researcher a repeatable desk for BTC, ETH, and SOL market research. It begins with historical context, keeps uncertainty and costs visible, and records why an observation became an alert, remained on watch, or stopped.

The aim is not to predict every move. It is to make each research claim inspectable and to make abstention a normal result when evidence is thin.

What we publish

The public site contains three different kinds of material:

  • Product information explains what the current software does and what it deliberately cannot do.
  • Research guides teach point-in-time research, backtesting discipline, base rates, costs, and uncertainty.
  • Public methodology and evidence provide equations, references, sanitized artifacts, and negative benchmark results that can be independently challenged.

Illustrative interface examples are labelled as illustrative. Provisional observations are labelled provisional. Measured results link to their methodology and evidence.

Editorial and evidence standards

  • Every performance or measurement claim must be reproducible from identified evidence.
  • Negative and inconclusive results stay published instead of disappearing after a failed hypothesis.
  • Sample counts, base rates, costs, and uncertainty appear beside the result they qualify.
  • Research, explanation, and alert authority remain separate.
  • No testimonial is published unless it comes from a real person, reflects their actual experience, and is shared with permission.
  • Dates change only when the underlying content changes materially.
Why no invented testimonials?

Crypto is already full of borrowed authority. Fabricated praise would make the site less useful, less trustworthy, and harder to evaluate. Evidence is the product standard and the publishing standard.

Product boundaries

Crypto Signal Lab is research software, not a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian, adviser, or order-execution service. It does not connect to a wallet, request exchange write permissions, or place an order. Historical results and calibrated estimates can be wrong.

The desktop research system runs locally. The iPhone companion reads a narrow, device-bound view from the user's own Mac over private HTTPS. Optional AI components can forecast ranges or explain frozen evidence, but they cannot create a number, direction, score, or alert decision.

Corrections and contact

If you find an unsupported claim, broken evidence link, methodological error, or unclear limitation, email iharsh234@gmail.com. Include the page URL, the exact statement, and the evidence that conflicts with it.

Material corrections should update the page, its modified date, and any dependent guide or public artifact. A correction should not silently rewrite the original research record.
