Alpha signup

When you ask to join, we store your email address, the consent notice version, signup source, creation time, owner review status and outcome, invitation status, review timestamps, and retention date. We do not ask for your name, phone number, wallet address, portfolio, or exchange credentials.

The application does not store your IP address, browser fingerprint, or user-agent string with the signup record. Hosting and security providers may process network metadata transiently to deliver and protect the service.

Private workspace requests

When you request access to the private working space, we store your name, Microsoft-account email, reason for requesting access, consent version, request status, timestamps, and review outcome. Approval is manual; submission never grants access automatically.

Your private receipt is returned once and stored only as a one-way hash. If approved, the Azure invitation URL is encrypted at rest and revealed only when the matching receipt is presented. To limit automated abuse, a one-way HMAC of the network address is counted in an hourly bucket; the raw address is not stored in the request record.

TestFlight invitations

We use your address only to coordinate alpha access and tell you when a TestFlight build is available. The authenticated owner must explicitly approve enrollment. When TestFlight delivery is enabled, the address and an opaque tester identifier are processed through Apple’s App Store Connect and TestFlight services.

Joining the list does not subscribe you to marketing, create a trading account, or guarantee admission to the alpha.

Companion data

The iPhone companion pairs with your own desktop. Research results, alerts, watchlists, and health summaries travel between those devices over pinned HTTPS. They are not uploaded to the alpha signup service. Pairing credentials and encrypted offline cache keys stay in the device Keychain and Secure Enclave where available.

The camera is used only to scan a short-lived pairing code. Frames are not stored or transmitted. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK.

Retention and protection

Signup records are encrypted at rest in a dedicated private Azure Table Storage account, separated from public release files. We retain a waiting-list record for no longer than 12 months unless you withdraw it sooner. Invitation state may be retained for the active alpha period to prevent duplicate invitations and handle support requests.

Private workspace requests carry a 90-day retention date. Access roles may remain active after the request record expires until the owner removes the role. Invitation links expire after seven days.

Service providers

• Microsoft Azure hosts the public site, managed API, and private signup table.
• Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Static Web Apps process approved workspace invitations and authenticated access.
• Apple processes approved tester addresses and distributes iPhone builds through TestFlight.

We do not sell the list, share it with advertisers, or use it to profile financial activity.

Withdraw your request

You can remove a waiting-list record at any time by emailing iharsh234@gmail.com from the address you used to join. This verification step prevents someone else from deleting your request by merely knowing your email address.

For an already-issued Apple invitation, ask us to remove both the alpha record and TestFlight access. Never send passwords, API keys, identity documents, or pairing credentials.

For private workspace access, ask us to delete the request and remove the collaborator role. Keep the receipt URL private; anyone holding it can read that request's status and, after approval, its invitation link.
